An unexpected bonus. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Arrived at beginning of spring - unseasonably hot so air con not yet functional.

It's a 3 stars hotel but it defintely seems like a 4 stars, everything was just amazing! The staff was very nice with us and our baby and satisifed all our requests (extra bed, high chair..), the room was very nice and comfortable and we loved breakfast and dinner! Bes stay in our road trip in Canada :)

The AC kept the room cool and was quiet. The window opened when we preferred fresh air. This is a GREAT location for the F1 to take the ferry from the old port across, and avoid the much busier metro. The hotel pub (Taverne Gaspar) was also a great group dinner as well.
