The staff is very friendly and reachable at anytime. The room itself minus the bathroom is fine.

There was also a water dispenser in the common area outside my room, so we could get clean drinking water any time. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. If you have a Netflix account, you can watch Netflix on the TV in the room. There is a highly rated cafe just next door and a mini-mart just across the street.

It has a pool with warm water with a view of Lake Batur. The price is very affordable with breakfast included. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
