The hotel is exactly as described on the booking site. The room was very modern, clean, well isolated and the pool view with the see in the back was just great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the shower and the technician solved it in 5 min. The food was excellent (breakfast + dinner) with a great selection of wines. The pool is great and we liked the aquagym in the morning. The rooftop was perfect to admire the sunset and to enjoy some great music. The hotel is well connected with Palma through several busses (2 eur ticket)

Despite the late hour, we were warmly welcomed by the full reception team. They served us refreshing drinks and swiftly facilitated our check-in process. To our pleasant surprise, they kept the restaurant open solely for us, ensuring that we had a chance to eat before retiring for the night. What's more, the food we were served was simply surreal—every dish was a delightful explosion of flavors that left us utterly satisfied. I was sincerely astounded by their exceptional service. It was absolutely fantastic.
