Phillipe and Bruno are very helpful. Helped us explore the city and make dinner reservations. We stayed in Cambrai to tour Great War monuments/battlefields. This was a very convenient place.

Set in a large garden, this 19th-century mansion is a 5-minute drive from Valenciennes city centre and SNCF Train Station. The charming rooms are spacious and individually decorated. The hotel is a very nice old mansion house with a large garden. The interior design is absolutely exceptional. The garden is outstanding and very quiet. The breakfast was great and overall the stay was the best we have had in a long time in a hotel. Philippe was a very nice host who made our stay memorable and we will definitely come back as soon as possible. PS: There is a tram station right next to the hotel which made it very easy to visit the city center of Valenciennes.

Very nice and modern hotel in the city center. It has a great lounge area with complimentary snacks, fruits and drinks (except during breakfast times), a gym room and even a small sauna attached to it. Overslept breakfast times so can't comment on the breakfast. The view of the rooms vary, as it has rooms in every direction. This time I had a beautiful view over Lille from the 4th floor.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the staff were absolutely wonderful. My cousin had the room next to mine and we both agreed how relaxed we felt. We were in St Amand les Eaux for a family wedding so it was an ideal location for being picked up and dropped off. We both like to walk so we were very pleased at how easy it was to walk into town or along the river.

This hotel is so charming and lovely in every way. Our room was spectacular and the bed was perfect. We loved the fact that the hotel has kept the old furniture and decor and has not over-updated to make it generic and without personally. The bathroom is beautifully renovated and the rest is full of character. The staff were all excellent. The restaurant was also wonderful.

Fabulous hotel to stay at. This was our second time there and we will definitely be back again. The location is close to good restaurants and a wonderful spa! We stayed in a Privilege Double Room which was very spacious. The breakfast was great as always - love the omelet! And a special thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome!

The staff and the hotel are very warm and welcoming. They are very organized. It was nice they offered bar service and cafe. Morning breakfast was included. There was not a large selection but all food groups were offered. Cafe food also delicious.
