Affordable apartment in Hogwarts-style resort; the amenities are wonderful for families with an indoor swimming pool (must pre-book a time), ping-pong, billiards, board games etc and the ability for archery, ax-throwing and knife-throwing right on Loch Ness. The apartment gave us the option to cook our own meals after driving long distances and eating out during our 10-day trip. It is a great launching site to other places in the Highlands and our family really enjoyed it!

It is a nice and calm place to stay and recharge in the nature. There are a lot of hiking trails around. It is close to both Drumnadrochit where you can visit Lochn Ness centre and some giftshops and restaurants, as well as Urquhart castle. The restaurant in the Loch Ness Inn was great and I loved the possibility to sit outside by the river in the backside of the hostel.

We liked the light in the common room. The younger folks enjoyed the TV. We would have loved to use the balcony, but it was a wee bit too cold and rainy for us to enjoy that. From all those windows upstairs, the view of the great hill between us and Loch Ness inspired all sorts of short stories about Clan conflicts and running battles with Edwards's troops.

For the premium price we paid for 2 nights, it was disappointing accommodation, and for that reason we did not eat in this hotel ! at all. Hotel though is not how I would describe it, more like a 70s / 1980s hostel. I wrongly assumed when it was housed next to the Loch Ness exhibition centre that it would good , but it wasnt .

The room was in the basement of an old school building. The building itself was incredibly unique and perfectly situated on the banks of Loch Ness. The rooms were spacious. We were in a three bedroom/two bathroom apartment. And even though we were below ground, the rooms had very tall windows that looked out of doors.

Location and complex great. Meet and greet on arrival was also great. Apartment very close to the swimming pool, steam room, and sauna, and with access from the garden of the flat to our car parked only 20 yards away. Very very close to the Boathouse Restaurant, Loch Ness, and town centre.

We had an upgraded room - which was really big. It overlooked the front of the hotel/car park, and it was very quiet. Slept well. The room was clean, but dated. The staff was nice. Breakfast was really good. Ok for a 1 night stopover. Close to the Loch Ness exhibition/boat trip.

Beautiful grounds on Loch Ness with lots of interesting places to explore. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds, plenty space in wardrobes. The hosts are very caring and welcoming, recommended us some fantastic hikes in the area.

The building was historic and gorgeous. We had a one bedroom and a two bedrooms apartment for our 6 person family. The apartments were beautiful and comfortable, well furnished. Location was perfect, right on the Loch Ness. Staff was attentive.

Restaurant staff were very friendly and informative. Taster menu was interesting for me; not quite up to my wife's satisfaction. Location of Fort Augustus was fine for access to Loch Ness, Isle of Skye and then down West Coast via Oban.

Hotel is fantastic, lovely and clean, nice rooms, great views of Loch Ness and great price. We had a meal in the restaurant and breakfast. Both meals were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly.

Super Hostel located next to Loch Ness. I had a pleasure to spend three nights here. Good price, it is possible to buy a basic breakfast. Clean room and bathroom. Very good contact with the staff. I truly recommend.

It was more or less the cheapest option we had around Inverness. That was probably the main reason we booked this particular location. It is in a really pretty area near Loch Ness, perfect for avid walkers.

This property is very unique and interesting. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful. Walkable to downtown Fort Augusts and abbey is located on Loch Ness.

The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and large. The hotel has a partial view over Loch Ness. The breakfast was excellent and the dinner was very good. I would stay at the hotel again.

beautiful upscale B&B. Do not get it confused with Loch Ness Lodge Hotel. completely different. Our map took us there and it was horrible. Loch Ness Lodge is the proper name

Very well situated close to Loch Ness with a very nice (and popular) restaurant attached to the hotel. Staff were very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience.

The hotel is on the East side of Loch Ness. There are not much tourist, so it is quite and you can enjoy the environment very peaceful.

Classically Scottish Hotel with a lovely view of Loch Ness. Breakfast was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom was so clean and the pods were awesome. You could check in earlier even if reception was closed because they leave the pods open.
