The location was excellent, rooms were very quiet and clean and the beds were comfortable. The lounge area on the 7th floor has a beautiful view and the staff was very helpful and welcoming.

The location was beautiful, in an old property recently refurbished. The staff were amazing, the garden and food were exceptional. Highly recommended and close enough to Edinburgh to do park and ride to the city Centre.

The hotel has a great location and is around 40 min on foot/ 20 min with the bus from the old town. Many small shops and cafes in the areas as well. The cleaning lady was very kind.
