Clean and comfortable (rare in Japan). Absolutely recommended.

The server who checked us in escorted us to our room, and even tidied our shoes! At keiseki dinner and breakfast, as a family with kids, the service was very polished, and the server really could anticipate our needs and acted proactively, to the point of surprising us! The meals were elaborate and of extremely high quality. Both the public onsen and the private in-room onsen were excellent. And of course, the view of Mount Fuji was super impressive! All Fufu hotels are designed with maximum customer privacy in mind. While the hotel is not right next to the coast of Lake Kawaguchiko but is instead "hidden" in a valley, the feeling of being inside a forest yet with Mount Fuji still highly visible, the picture is really surprisingly next level! A perfect, perfect stay overall!

Jalan ke hotel dari stasiun lumanyan jauh 25 menit tapi gapapa sambil menikmati pemandangan gunung Fuji, lebih baik jangan bawa koper banyak pas ke sini. Datang pagian kalo hanya menginap semalam karena paket bus nya untuk 2 hari. Dekat hotel ada mal kecil. Hotel cek in jam 4 sore jadi waktu datang bisa keliling dulu dengan bus.

We stayed in a traditional Japanese room with an open air bath. It is great for couples. The room was clean and spacious. You can use the open air bath as many times as you like and with privacy. We'll never forget the beautiful view of Mt Fuji from our room. The hotel also has a footbath on the rooftop and you can see Mt Fuji and Lake Fuji Kawaguchiko on a clear day. It was also lovely being served green tea on arrival in our rooms. We loved our stay.
