Staff was so professional and kind, and offered to help us in every way, even to go out and look for things at the store for me I needed before I left for the airport. Pradeep and his wife cooked a huge and delicious dinner for us, based on the food types we requested. Martinez showed us around the little town which was a quiet and friendly place. The beach was quiet too and full of beautiful shells and men fishing. We were greeted with water from a freshly cut coconut. We felt like queens here! Unfortunately we had to leave for the airport at 3am and the staff helped us make this happen easily and gave us a ride. We felt like queens here!

We visited the Kalpitiya area for the first time and couldn't imagine staying in any other hotel than Club Mango. From the first moment everyone was so nice to us, they offered to cook us a delicious rice and curry for lunch on arrival that perhaps no other in Sri Lanka surpassed. The chef would deserve at least a Michelin star for his cooking skills. We enjoyed a Sri Lankan breakfast in the morning and enjoyed seafood and fish for dinner. If you love Sri Lankan cuisine, love to eat and love uncrowded places, Club Mango is your best choice in Kalpitiya. We walked to the sea in the morning via 2 shallow lagoons. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are stylish and big enough and of course the gorgeous outdoor bathroom overlooks the palm trees. Great experience and we will definitely be back!

El Margarita Village kite school kalpitiya, situado en Kalpitiya, admite mascotas y ofrece WiFi gratuita, restaurante y terraza. El establecimiento alberga un bar. We stayed one month in total and we had an amazing stay at Sri Lanka Kite by Margarita ! The kite spot is perfect for beginners to more advanced level. The school is located on the upper part of the lagoon where there are less schools, which meant that some days we were only 5 on the spot. The staff is incredibly nice, we felt really good during our whole stay. There are also three beach boys, Chathu, Sanji and Diane, who are super helpful and are always happy to help you in any situations (rescue, untangle the lines, bring your kite upwind). The owners, Ruben and Eusebi, are very nice, accessible at all time and super flexible ! We changed our plans multiple times and whenever we needed a plan for a driver or an activity they had very good contacts. We also did a kite trip to Vella island where we did our first downwind, best experience ! The food was also amazing. Every night there is buffet, usually a Sri Lankan rice and curry, and sometimes, as the owners are spanish you can find some tortilla or chorizo. The pizzas were also the best in whole Sri Lanka ! We loved our stay and thanks to all the team we could progress a lot. Looking forward to come back !!
