More than enough space for the family of 4 with a lot of bags. Breakfast was delicious - you can choose from the menu - French toast was just great! Service was superb! Thanks a lot to the whole team! Very child friendly - at breakfast our son immediately got coloring book and origami set. Location is also great - close to the downtown, but in a quiet corner near the lake. A lot of restaurants right nearby and big supermarket just across the road. Nothing more to wish for!

I highly recommend it for a weekend stay in New Plymouth. The location of the hotel is perfect. A short distance to the main attractions of New Plymouth is precious. I will stay here again.

Very comfortable beds, great bathroom. The complimentary snacks/drinks in the room were a great surprise as Americans used to those sort of things costing extra in hotel rooms. Very responsive and helpful owners.

Upon my request for a quiet room, he gave me an upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment facing an inner courtyard and provided a late checkout upon learning my late departing flight. Everything in the apartment was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. I will stay there again when I am in Wellington again.
