The staff at Ayung Resort treated us like royalty! Staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and ready to wait on you at the drop of a hat! If you are looking for the resort experience in Ubud this is the place to go. All staff knew us by name almost immediately. The resort itself is stunning, with jungle views and river views. Our room was absolutely amazing with hand carved wood, and our own personal pool. The restaurant was amazing with great food options, afternoon tea, and room service/floating breakfast options, the view from the restaurant is simply amazing! We enjoyed a Balinese dance at dinner, free yoga, and used the spa which was amazing. We used the shuttle to get downtown and back a few times, but staff was more than happy to arrange us a car if we missed the shuttle times.

Everything... pool was out of this world views were breath taking staff couldn't have been better very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Great knowledge of gluten free food and every touch was personalised to our needs and preferences. Breakfast was the best I've had in the world. Extensive choices and superb quality.
