Positive section of review
The quiet location in Firostefani is nicer than the very busy Fira. There are plenty of good restaurants and it was easy to get seats with wonderful views (in early June). The Aura Suites are great and the staff wonderful. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable (room 8 Honeymoon Suite). The private balcony has a hot tub, table and chairs, loungers and an umbrella. We were able to leave our bags in an office after check out on the day we left until we collected them. Great, all round.

Nothing really. It’s a shame there are no on site breakfast facilities but there is a great cafe just seconds away.

Kiki communicated with us beforehand and kindly met us at the wharf and drove us up to the property. It’s not far to the village centre, but it was nice to not have to walk our bags uphill. The room was spacious and had a washing machine. The large balcony had a great view, and a large sun shade.

Fantastic location with view of gardens looking onto the beach. Well equipped studio room. Immaculately kept - property. Beach fantastic for swimming & free loungers available. Very friendly & helpful staff. Will definitely come back!

Clean, compact room, super comfy, king size bed and powerful A/C! Great location for port stop over. Close to port and public transport, great restaurants nearby. Staff were great and felt safe wandering around nearby.

No glasses in room , no full length mirror ( could go on back of wardrobe door ) , the rooms need a proper iron and ironing board - these are just little tweaks needed to make it perfect for the money
