It was PERFECT! It looks even better in real life than the already beautiful images. We’ve been there a couple of days ago and so far it has by far been the best stay we’ve had in Bali. Everyone was so generous and friendly, the room was very clean and they’ve cleaned it every day, even giving you free bottles water to brush your teeth every day. You have two options for the included breakfast and both were delicious, as was everything else we’ve tried during the day on the menu. They even offer you to rent a scooter for a very good price. We’ve loved it and consider to come back at the end of our Bali trip, 10/10 recommendation!!!

The staff were absolutely lovely and arranged to take us to the beach which was lovely. The daily whatsapp message advising of the daily activities and offers was super cute and we took advantage of booking in-room massages which was delightful. All the bar and restaurant staff were so lovely and the view from the pool is spectacular

Not the peaceful environment it claims to be as yet. Construction during the day was going on at the pool itself, below the pool and beside the restaurant so none of the common areas offered any peace from Jack hammers angle griders which was a shame. Also our room backed directly onto a local property (less than 3 meters from the doorstep) so roosters crowed on our doorstep from 3am onwards (this was not peaceful farm noise despite how it might sound) The rooms themselves are not quite at the luxury level for the current price point but so I think it's too expensive for what it offers. The photos show outdoor furniture for the studio room however it was buried in the grass on the fence-line of the property so completely useless which was a shame.

Beautiful setting and facilities. Generous sized bedrooms and living space, which was very comfortable. The pool was divine. The service was excellent. The beds were super comfortable and it was quiet, so we were able to sleep well.

Unfortunately, there was a plumbing issue on both mornings. This meant that we were unable to use the showers without creating quite a lot of fuss. Although the technician did his best to fix it on the first day, it happened again on the second. This meant that we were late to meet friends (and in my case, a colleague). On top of this, the delay meant that a male staff member tried to enter my bedroom while I was not dressed. Far from ideal. We passed this on and received apologies, and were told it would be fixed for the next people. That didn't help us and given that it was not a cheap place to stay, it's disappointing that no effort was made to compensate us in some way. Being able to use a shower daily is not an unreasonable expectation. There were no instructions on how to contact reception, so we had to walk around and ask.

Staff were fantastic Pool was great, enjoyed some drinks around the pool in the afternoon. Lovely dinner and very affordable. Great location, near the beach and close to other warungs, spas and the Pepito supermarket.

We booked a superior bungalow for 2 nights in early June 2024. The room was very old but clean, it did have water marks on some walls. The bathroom was old and had no hand towel supplied.
