The Manager on the first day was good , however the other person was horrible and they didn’t allow us to checkin but allowed us the next day. They’re scammers selling our room to someone else and don’t care what happens to the customer.

Staff were lovely and facilitated a late check in. Hotel is well located with a tram stop to the city centre outside the front door and a main train station 10minute walk away. 30min direct train from the airport

2 bedroom apartment worked perfectly for my family. Location was superb - easy to get trains to anywhere - and near to Donkey Republic bike hire. Staff were exceptional - so helpful and friendly!

Location was perfect had a gorgous view over a canal and was quiet but a street away from all the action. Felt very safe and secure. Communication from Roos was prompt and great.

We had two big suitcases with us and there wasn't much room to put them anywhere. Rooms are small in Amsterdam so space is always tricky so I'm not sure how to manage this! We only stayed overnight so not so much of a problem but if for longer it would be hard to manage. The stairs (as mentioned in other reviews - so not a surprise) are not for the faint hearted we are fit and strong but I wouldn't recommend if you have big suitcases and are not able bodied.

The location - its far from everything and no close food convenience or coffee shop nearby The view was awful. There were workers having a smoke every workday and could not leave the window open as they were so noisy Light mirror was not working No broom/ hoover No out of hours on-site handy man. On our last night the kettle blew up the electricity of our studio. Although the reception provided another room, we had to fix the electricity issue as dependent on it for our phone chargers.
