The property was superb. Very good value for money. We had a 2 bedrooms apartment. Both rooms were really nice with a really big master room. Good amenities.

The air conditioning in the room was very loud which kept us awake, so we had to switch it off and use the fan instead. The toilet would not flush sometimes, due to the water tank taken ages to fill up.

Great location, easy access. Clean room. Regularly cleaned the bathrooms. So was good as long as you didn’t go in behind someone not so tidy.

Staff were very short and sharp. Polite but not overly helpful. I asked for some milk as I wanted a cup of tea, one member was great and got me some one evening. The next just said no if I do it for you I have to do it for everyone else. Why offer tea and coffee facilities but no milk?? And to be so rude! I also accidentally left my pillow, went back and asked if it was handed in and all I got was a ‘probably not’ they didn’t even go check! Checked out the recommendations on the board, nothing was near by. And no helpful hints on how to get there?? I always like a good recommendation but not miles away with no way of getting there.

Always better when hotels offer free parking, rather than requiring guests to pay, but this was only a small point for an excellent hotel overall.

We stayed one week here. The listing information has many errors. The two bedrooms DO NOT have queen size beds 54" full mattress. Only found one pull out sofa, not 2. Had to hunt down bed pillows and only found two worn out and stained, then had to find pillowcases all mixed in a closet with unfolded quilts and blankets. Went out and purchased two new pillows. Had a very musty smell near the dryer and found a half-dried quilt in the dryer, finished drying with lots of dryer sheets. Door knob was about to fall off the bathroom door I fixed it. Appliances were 30 years old oven was never been cleaned, Ice maker didn't work had cube trays. Small Microwave .07S sq ft only good for popcorn. Keurig coffee maker had 1/4 inch of grounds inside a cobweb, very old. Had to clean out to use. Mouse droppings in most of the kitchen drawers. Spiders & webs in Every Room two looked like a black widow. We had to kill large yellow jackets every day, doors and windows were closed. Unable to use the outside porches had several carpenter bees dropping sawdust on table and furniture, birds nest overhead droppings on the outside furniture. One large flash light with No Batteries. The step to the upstairs bed rooms were steep and narrow. The main door to the cabin had a large cement and rock step. 12 inches high and was broken in the center with a gap covered with a door mat. The step would wobble when stepped on very unsafe. My wife needed assistance to step up with no hand rail. Parking lot is several feet from the cabin with a narrow crushed stone path half covered with grass (not shown in the listing). This property need to be updated, and repaired for the price of $300+ PER NIGHT, is way out of line. We were not able to change locations so just made do the best we could. This cabin is not recommended for seniors or small children. Very Rustic 170 years old.

I stayed there for a week. The lifts took ages to arrive and were fully packed when it did, had to wait for like 2 lifts to pass before we could get on). The hinges were falling off for my bathroom door. The powerpoint for the coffee maker was positioned at an odd position where the power point had to go across the walking path. The room was tight to move around. Sometimes some of our toiletries were not replaced and we had to request from them. I left my roommates breakfast buffet ticket on the table as she was still upstairs and was joining me later, and when I came back it was gone from the table (I.e. one of the waiters took it) and they said they couldn't issue another one since I already collected it from the front desk. We were offered an upgrade by booking.com but then it expired within a few mins. Why don't just offer the upgrade period? Like of course people would take the upgrade. Pls do look into this sort of service standards booking.com.
