The shower…you could only open the shower door a couple of inches as it was so close to the so to access the shower you had to leave the bathroom door open and then you could just squeeze in to the shower. The bed was rather hard and the pillows were not good. The room does not have any complimentary tea, coffee or sugar. The air conditioning was not working and with reception only open for a short period there was no one we could ask for help.

Great location with two tube stations and bus stops in close proximity Also very close to shops and some great cafes. Kensington Gardens within a 10 Minute walk Kitchenette had the basic items to enable you to cook a small meal with a dishwasher to clean those dirty dishes As long as you don’t have room 103 or 203 your room will have a washing machine. If you have booked this location to ensure you have these facilities make sure you advise the person on reception you expect to have a room that includes what you paid for.

Daily cleaning is not performed, but i am not sure its becauae of apart hotel concept. And Wc privacy is very less due to the glass door:)

Even though we could leave our bags there prior to check in after 24 hour flight staff did not seen interested in making any effort to ring us to let us know if room was ready before official check in time No tea bags or long life milk to get started Had to ask for extra toilet paper Lack of any interest in their customers at all

Windows could have been cleaner - but as it rains a lot it is understandable that they are not cleaned on a daily basis.

The location was great. An underground station just blocks away. A nice walk to Kensington Palace and gardens. The bed was comfortable.

As it was a flat for three people, maybe the two beds could be a bit more separated. All the rest was ideal.

Very well situated appartment. Underground not very far. Many restaurants and shops just around the corner. Very comfortable. Nice people, easy to deal with.

The room wasn’t totally clean, just clean but not deep cleaned. Definitely improving in the cleaning to do. The beds were kind of hard but okay for two nights. The bathroom needs maintenance since the sink wasn’t working properly.

it was a really good location, beautiful and safe neighborhood. The room was quite big and modern. The kitchen with a refrigerator was a plus.

I booked the 'Triple Split - Level Studio' room. based on the images on the website-I believed that I would have more space to operate in and thus better value for money, unfortunately I was not given the same room as the pictures (only realised this after leaving). The 'upper' sleeping area ceiling was so low that you had to crouch when reaching the top of the stairs and then have to slide into the bed for fear of scraping your head, when in the bed you could literally reach up and place your palm on the ceiling. suffice to say it was extremely uncomfortable getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom all the way below.

Excellent location, staff were wonderful and solved every issue that came up promptly, I would stay here again but not book the same room I stayed in last time.

We could hear the TV from the room next to us as if they were watching TV in our room.

We stayed in an studio apartment and we were very satisfied. The receptionist was kind and forthcoming. We could also check-in before time and leave our bags after checking out which was very useful. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops around but about a 15-20 minute walk to the city centre. There is a tube station nearby and there are good bus connections though. (little piece of advice: buses are much cheaper and actually quite convenient too)

We would have preferred a separation between the shower, the wash basin and toilet. Furthermore, there was not enough cutlery and the lighting could have been a bit better but otherwise no complaints.

We very much appreciated the location - close to shops, restaurants and naturally the tube.

The room was really very small and no cleaning during 10 days stay (we should probably ask for that)

The location is very good, near the Paddington station and with 3 metro lines in 10 min walk. The room has all needed for a relatively long stay: a small kitchen, washing machine, dryer, iron etc

The shower could do with a little more power or you need to use less soap in your hair. But was all clean and modern.

Really helpful staff, they allowed early check in and for us to leave our bags on the last day, so we could be baggage free, which was great. We had a premium room which gave us more space. The property was very quiet, no noise from the other guests or the lift (which our room was right next door to).
