This recently renovated holiday home is located 600 metres from Aretusa Beach and 700 metres from Cala Rossa Beach. The holiday home has family rooms. The property is a whole house (which looks recently renovated) with a small inner courtyard which separates two rooms, therefore it feels quite large. The entrance leads to a living room with a comfy sofa and a kitchen that has just enough to cook something. The bathroom was nice and clean and the bedroom was comfy with enough space for clothes and personal belongings. The location is near the marina and fairly close to the centre of Ortigia. The host was very friendly and pointed us to many different places to visit.

Everything was amazing, the host was super helpful and friendly, the apartment was super new, well kept and clean, with comfortable and beds, amazing pillows, everything was smelling good and clean, there was even coffee, water and sodas as a welcome to the guests and laundry detergent. The location was excellent, near the main attractions in the historical center and a walking distance to restaurants and shops

The hosts were very kind, they really showed interest in helping us have a nice trip, gave us recommendations and tiny presents too! The apartment was really beautiful and with a great location, we enjoyed our walks to the train station/city centre and stopping for a coffee on the way!

It is located 45 km from Cornino Bay and offers a shared kitchen. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Quiet, luxurious and welcoming. The property was amazing, the rooms perfect and nice welcoming by the owner. Easy to find and everything is on site to make your stay amazing. If you look for a nice place to escape, it’s for you. Was there in March but easily can imagine how amazing the place is during the summer with the pool and the nice outdoors area.
