Well located in Funchal, Barceló Funchal Oldtown provides air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness center. The hotel is really good. Very centrally located however very quiet during the night. Room very clean, spacious with extra large bed. Nice breakfast as well served until 10:30 on weekdays and 11 during the weekends. Lovely roof top bar/pool area which I highly recommend.

Hotel Madeira is a 3-star hotel in Funchal's city center, close to shops and restaurants. It offers free WiFi access. Each room has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and hairdryer. Our AC was not working, a repair person was contacted but is wasn't able to be repaired. We were moved to another room with an upgrade! Well Done!

Overlooking the Bay of Funchal, this well designed hotel provides luxury accommodations within Santa Caterina Park. Very nice location, also many great pools available. The rooms were very clean and the hotel had a nice view. The staff always answered the questions and were very helpful and friendly!
