In particular, a staff member at F&B Cassia Restaurant, Rose, her hospitality is simply top notch and extremely sincere. She was not only patient but very helpful with my and my family's endless stream of questions about Langkawi, our dining options and order, etc. She was truly the icing on our cake for our recent stay in Langkawi. Additionally, my mom, who is not very mobile due to her knee and her leg problems, only had very good things to say as all her needs were fully taken care of promptly and efficiently by the hotel. In all, we really wished we had stayed longer at ParkRoyal Langkawi.

The staff top it all up, always with a smile and ready to help. Conveniently close to the airport while not having sound disturbance. Very easy to get around the island by car. We used the app “Grab”. Certainly recommend it! Oh! and the breakfast buffet changed every morning!! delicious. Great way to taste new local dishes.

The private beach is also amazing with breathtaking views! The breakfast buffet is one of the best! There is a wide selection and everything tasted amazing. The property and room was very clean. My room was just amazing. It was spacious and had an amazing view of the beach. All the restaurants at the St Regis are veryyyy good! The staff is so genuine and helpful. I love the tour that they give you when you check in. I highly recommend staying here! Don’t even think twice, you will love your stay!
