Big seize two floor duplex room, nice and classy design room, very comfortable king size bed. Very elegant colonial type hotel. Even though the hotel builds above major and the biggest and busiest train station in Tokyo but it sounds nothing in the room. Reception staff speaks english fluently, the concierge staff also very helpful and professional. They even offers us to store our luggage while we away to Hakone for 5 days and pick it up later. It is world 5 stars hotel at the Tokyo Train station.

I also did two spa service which were wonderful. Attention to detail through and through. The room was surprisingly large. I was here for the Tokyo marathon and the hotel even surprised me afterwards with an after marathon health food gift.
