The location is good near everything you need . -If you are a Muslim they will give you a list of halal food in tokyo and places where to pray. -The room is clean , big and cozy and fit for big family or friends. -they do limited cleaning only but if you ask they will provide whatever you need. -they will guide you trust me . Note:i have been staying at 3 hotels in Tokyo and osaka and MIMARU Tokyo KINSHICHO make it as your first choice .. And special thanks to Joe and June for all the help and support they provided to us

The skM Hotel was wonderful, the staff were extremely delightful always willing to help. The breakfast was really interesting and good. The accommodation was extremely spacious, very comfortable beds, clean. We were upgraded and had a wonderful spa bath as well. The hotel has an excellent vibe. It is close to the train station. Overall we would rate this hotel very highly... will definitely stay again.

Beautifully designed hotel with a lot of art in a quiet neighborhood. Very good café in-house. Quite spacious rooms with everything you need, quiet new and very clean. Communal room downstairs with a big table, vending machine, laundromat, microwaves and water dispenser.

The location was great, there are a lot of great restaurants in the area, both Ryogoku stations are nearby (Akiba is only 2 stops away, round trip is ~300¥) and you have a lot to see in the Ryogoku itself. The hotel itself is also great and it has everything that you need, including a store which is located on the second floor and laundry machines.

We wanted to stay here since it's a Kengo Kuma designed hotel - and we were very satisfied. The room was beautiful and spacious (by Tokyo's standard), with huge windows and great natural light, all priced at a good value. We were pleasantly surprised by the location; I was a little skeptical at first since Oshiage seemed to be far from the action, but it was just right: not too busy, but it was still Tokyo. Very close to Tokyo Skytree, Ueno & Asakusa areas. We also loved the communal dining area by the lobby - free coffee and tea all day, they even had highchairs if you're traveling with kids. We would buy food from nearby convenience stores and have a relaxing breakfast there before we start out day. The staff helped us out with a lot of questions and sending our luggage to Kyoto, they were great!
